Project management comprises the entire project-course concerning the above groups such as:
- inventory of work scope;
- estimation of work scope;
- preparation of time schedule;
- tender management;
- technical support on the spot;
- progress and costs control;
- complete financial settlement with shipyard, subcontractors etc.;
- submitting of final report with recommendations if any;
- cooperation with Classification Societies.
Yard support
This concerns technical support at shipyards as to:
- ship repairs;
- new building;
- conversion.
Comprising of:
- supervision of work performance in conformity with requirement of principal and classification institutions;
- progress and costs control;
- financial settlement with shipyard, subcontractors etc.;
- final report with recommendations if any;
Superintendence
Available as technical superintendent whenever required.

Technical advice to be given in case of problems during ongoing repairs, conversions etc.
Technical support
Technical support comprises:

Inspections
Inspections undertaken on board of all types of vessels in conformity with principal's requirements, findings of which will be reported.
